2.1. By clicking "Sign Up", "Start", "Log In", or any similar button on the registration page, you accept these Terms of Service in full.
2.2. This agreement is concluded electronically and does not require a physical signature.
2.3. The Service Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1. The Service Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or commercial cheesemaking purposes.
3.2. The User may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
3.3. The User may not resell, sublicence, or transfer access to the Service to third parties.
3.4. The Service is provided "as is". The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4.1. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4.2. All actions performed under the User's account are deemed to have been performed by the User.
4.3. If the User suspects unauthorized access, they must notify the Service Provider immediately at info@rindr.cloud.
4.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5.1. The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5.2. By accepting these Terms the User consents to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.1. The AI assistant feature transmits brewing-log messages to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Alibaba Cloud) to generate responses.
6.2. The feature is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by the User.
6.3. The Service Provider is not liable for the content of AI-generated responses.
7.1. The scope of features available to the User depends on their Subscription Plan.
7.2. Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered on the Service.
7.3. The User may upgrade their Subscription Plan at any time; the price difference is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription period.
7.4. If payment is overdue, the Service Provider may restrict access to paid features until payment is received.
8.1. The design, code, and content of the Service are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
8.2. The User retains full ownership of all data they upload to the Service (recipes, batch logs, photographs, etc.).
9.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from:
9.2. The Service Provider's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the current subscription period.
10.1. The User may terminate their account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in Profile settings. All associated data will be permanently deleted.
10.2. The Service Provider may terminate the User's account with 15 days' written notice if the User violates these Terms.
10.3. Upon termination, the Service Provider will provide data export upon request within 30 days.
11.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
11.2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
